Can’t see the forest for the trees? We take care of the entire coordination of your construction process on your land. We build energy-efficient and sustainable homes with respect for every budget. Here’s a summary of our approach.
Introductory meeting
We invite you and our construction advisor to our office. During this meeting, we will listen to your wishes. How many bedrooms? Number of bathrooms? Which architectural style do you prefer? Where is the building plot located? What is the surface area? If you do not yet own a plot of land, we can continue to assist you with our new-build projects.
We will determine the budget based on predefined criteria. Your wishes and needs will be combined, and the costs will be calculated. The construction advisor will closely monitor everything from the initial meeting to the start of construction.
Design and construction plans
We take care of the design and construction plans. This means you don’t have to find an architect or contractor yourself. Would you still prefer to use your own architect? No problem at all. We will liaise with the architect of your choice.
Determining timing and costs
Clear agreements and transparency are key. We draw up comprehensive specifications. This gives you a clear picture of the timing and your own budget, reducing the chance of unpleasant surprises.
Carte blanche for interior design
For the entire finish, you can contact our trusted interior suppliers together with our customer advisor. The finish and furnishings of the home are entirely according to your own taste and choice. The quoted price already includes substantial amounts for the kitchen, bathroom, floors, wall tiles, and interior doors. If you wish, you can add extras such as solar panels, air conditioning, underfloor heating, etc.
Project or site manager
Your housing project will be closely monitored by a designated project or site manager. A single point of contact where you can go with all your questions. Your implementation plans will be forwarded to the contractors.
Final delivery
Your home is ready, the work is complete. The construction advisor, customer service representative, and architect will go through the entire house with you. Any comments? We will take care of it. Time to say, “Welcome home!”
